A public hearing will be held on April 16, 2109, at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at the offices of the Kentucky Public Service Commission, 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Jackson Energy Cooperative in Case No. 2019-00008 for the period of November 1, 2016, through October 31, 2018. Individuals interested in attending this hearing shall notify the Public Service Commission in writing of their intent to attend no later than April 9, 2019. If no notices of intent to attend are received by that date, this hearing shall be canceled and the matter shall be considered submitted for decision based on the evidence in the record. Written notice of intent to attend this hearing should be sent to: Executive Director, Kentucky Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 615, Frankfort, Kentucky 40602, and should specify the Cooperative to which the comments relate.
Jackson Energy Cooperative Corporation, with its principal offices at 115 Jackson Energy Lane, McKee, Kentucky 40447, has filed with the Kentucky Public Service Commission in Case No. 2019-00066 an application to adjust its retail residential rate design. This change will not create an increase in Jackson Energy Cooperative’s revenue. The application requests that the proposed rates become effective July 1, 2019. The Public Service Commission is required to take action within 75 days of the date the application is filed.
