TOUCHSTONE ENERGY HOME - Jackson Energy’s Touchstone Energy Home program provides members with energy efficient construction guidelines that help them build a home that is not only comfortable to live in but also easy on their budget.

The Touchstone Energy standards are designed to help you cut the costs of owning a home, improve your comfort level, and give you a better return on your investment.

Jackson Energy members who follow the Touchstone Energy Home guidelines and meet the program construction criteria will qualify for a rebate.

The guidelines combine superior construction standards with the most efficient heating and cooling system available.

With the Touchstone Energy home, you’ll get the home of your dreams and up to 30 percent in energy savings a year for as long as you live in your home.

The home construction required specific insulation and energy efficiency standards, so if you’re planning on building a new home, contact Jackson Energy before you begin.

TOUCHSTONE ENERGY HOME REBATE - This rebate is offered to consumers who are in the process or who are planning on building a new home. The rebate for a home is $750. A Touchstone Energy Home is constructed to standards that are 30% more efficient than the 1990 Energy Code. Throughout construction of your new home several inspections will be made to insure efficiency standards are in place which will result in your comfort and satisfaction for years to come. The Touchstone Energy Home rebate is $750 if the home meets the Touchstone Energy Home standards.

In order to qualify for these rebates you should contact Jackson Energy as early as possible in the planning process and arrange a meeting with a marketing representative. Also, the home must qualify as an all-electric home.
