Don Schaefer, P.E., serves as President & CEO of Jackson Energy. He has held this position since 2000.

Jackson Energy is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors who are elected by co-op members at the Annual Meeting. The directors set the policies that govern the day-to-day operations of Jackson Energy and also hire the President & CEO.
