Scholarship essay deadline extended to March 31

Due to the number of days missed because of snow in recent weeks, the deadline for the Jackson Energy Scholarship Essay Contest has been extended to March 31.

Jackson Energy is now accepting applications for the Jackson Energy Scholarship Essay Contest.

Jackson Energy will award 8 $1,000 scholarships to students in the Jackson Energy service area. The student's family must be a member of the cooperative.

The deadline for the essay to be submitted to Jackson Energy is March 31.
